Payment & Privacy Policy
When services have been paid for in advance such as a rehearsal and/or a performance, a refund may be authorized if the event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled. If a refund is approved, compensation will be made 30 days after the cancellation of the event. Services provided, charged and subsequently paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
All online payment and account information is transferred using an SSL 128-bit encrypted connection. Your credit card information is not kept or stored in any way by Robin Watson, WatsonPiano.com, or our payment processor Paypal.com. When making online payments, be sure to use safe online buying procedures. Never make payments on a publicly-shared computer, or when using public WiFi.
Additionally, be aware that while you may receive e-mails from WatsonPiano.com on occasion, we will never ask for your password, account information, payment information, or any other sensitive materials. If you receive e-mails asking for this information, they are not from WatsonPiano.com (not matter how authentic they might look) and are "phishing" e-mails attempting to steal your identity. Disregard and delete them. If you are unsure whether an e-mail is authentic or "phishing", feel free to contact us at any time.
